Delivery and Returns
Every order is placed through our Etsy shop, so Etsy's secure checkout and our Etsy shop policies apply.
How long it takes
We make every order in 1 to 3 days. Once it's on its way, standard UK delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days.

Need it sooner? Name signs and wall art can be upgraded to next-day delivery at checkout. Next-day delivery speeds up the journey once your order is made, so it still needs our 1 to 3 days to make it first.
Outside the UK
Many items can be sent abroad, and Etsy shows the delivery cost for your country at checkout. Our 70 cm and 80 cm name signs can only be sent to UK addresses.
Returns
- Personalised items (name signs and Christmas pieces with a name on them) are made just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Animal wall art can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Send us a message on Etsy first and we'll explain what to do.
We can't accept cancellations, so please check your order carefully before you pay, especially the spelling of names.
If something's wrong
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please message us on Etsy with a photo as soon as you can, and we'll put it right. Your rights as a buyer under UK consumer law are not affected.
